The Card is the property of IndyGo, as the issuer of the card. The Card may be in various forms of NFC chip fare media as determined by the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation dba IndyGo (“IndyGo”) including, without limitation, paper cards, plastic cards, key fobs, bracelets, etc. Fare Media also includes digital Fare Media in the form of a MyKey mobile application QR code.Ģ.2 The Card: The Card is defined as a reloadable, physical MyKey fare card which is issued to a Cardholder and used by the Cardholder to pay transit fares. Types of Fare Media include any physical MyKey fare card obtained from IndyGo, an IndyGo Ticket Vending Machine or a third-party vendor authorized by IndyGo to sell MyKey fare cards. 2.1 Fare Media: The physical means used by an IndyGo Cardholder to validate fare payment.
